School facilities

St Monica’s students, staff and community enjoy modern facilities which enable 21st century learning to flourish:

  • Beautiful, inspiring classrooms connect to our MacKillop Resource Centre allowing learning to continue ‘beyond the classroom doors.’
  • All learning spaces have Large Screen Televisions, laptops and wireless technology.
  • Since 2014 all Early Years students have benefited from access to iPad technology
  • Students in Years 2-6 have access to Macbooks and iPads
  • In 2015 St Monica's Parish School introduced an innovative Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program.
  • In 2016 the introduction of Office-365 enabled collaboration with peers and teachers to continue beyond the classroom.
  • In 2018 Year 3 students were introduced to 1 to 1 classroom iPad usage.

Saint Monica acknowledges that we are gathered on the traditional country of the Kaurna people of the Adelaide Plains. We recognise and respect their cultural heritage, beliefs and relationships with the land. We acknowledge that they are of continuing importance to the Kaurna people living today.
